How long does it take to get started?

Getting started is part of our structured onboarding with kickoff, base configuration and go-live support. Data import is set up in the very first phase, and most customers have their base data in place and can start analysing within the first few weeks.

How are security and GDPR handled?

The service is hosted in a Swedish cloud environment and sign-in is handled securely with SSO via SAML through Svensk e-identitet. Xpendio works with information security, quality and the environment in line with ISO 27000, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and personal data is processed under the GDPR with a data processing agreement (DPA).

Do we need to do anything technical ourselves?

No, you don't need your own technical resources. You point out the data source – we handle the setup, the import and the quality assurance together with you. Free support is always included, with no hourly fees.
